In 2007 Barack Obama came to Miami,
Florida on Aug. 25th, he did a "Sold -Out" fund-raiser to
benefit the Democratic Party of Miami-Dade County. There was an
"Outstanding" crowd of Democratic "Supporters" in
attendance. There were elected officials through-out the state there to
support Obama with his run for president including today’s, Congresswoman Frederica S. Wilson
.
The "Grand
Greeting" Barack Obama received from a local marching band
brought everyone in the auditorium to their feet to cheer on his arrival
alongside the secret service. Half of the Miami-Dade County
Auditorium was filled up with current University of Miami Students as
well as other thrilled people hoping to meet and greet the next president of
the United States.
